Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you in your tattoo experience!
Q. Do you take walk-ins?
A. Yes, we accept walk-ins every day on a first come, first served basis.
Q. Can I book an appointment over the phone?
A. Yes. However, in order to book an appointment, you will need to put a deposit down (which will go towards your tattoo price). Deposits can be taken in person at the shop or over the phone using a credit/debit card.
Q. How can I get a price estimate?
A. We cannot give price estimates over the phone. There are many different factors that go into pricing a tattoo. For example we need to consider size, detail, placement on the body, color or black and grey. We also need to consider how much drawing will need to be done for the tattoo. The best way to get a price quote is to come to the shop and have a consultation with the tattooist you would like to work with. We can tell you that our minimum tattoo price is $150 depending on placement.
Q. Is my deposit refundable?
A. No. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit holds your appointment time and comes off the final session of your tattoo.
Q. Can I bring a friend?
A. Sure! However, please don’t bring your whole crew with you, as our shop can get pretty busy and hectic at times.
Q. How old do I have to be to get tattooed?
A. According to Colorado state law, you must be 18 years old with proper identification to get tattooed.
Q. How can I prepare for my tattoo consultation?
A. Gather references, think of ideas and have a clear mind when coming to talk with your artist.
Q. How can I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
A. It’s best to get a good nights sleep and to eat a full meal before your appointment time. Also, wear loose, comfortable clothing, keeping in mind you’ll most likely have to remove the garment covering the area you’ll be getting tattooed. Bring a state or Federal issued ID, your method of payment (cash or card) and anything you want to keep yourself amused (ex. books/headphones to listen to music). Please arrive on time!
Q. How do I get to your shop?
A. Our address is 4610 East Colfax Avenue and we are six blocks east of Colorado Blvd. The cross street is Cherry St.
Q. How do I take care of my tattoo?
A. Your artist will go over aftercare with you during or after your tattoo session and you will also receive an aftercare sheet before leaving our shop.
Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
A. We most certainly do! Our new gift cards can have any amount of money applied to them! They are a great gift!
